What is the importance of these assessments?
Most companies require some form of standardized skill assessment before they will consider you as a candidate for their jobs. If you have completed a skill-based assessment, you will be prioritized by our matching team and, once you confirm your interest in the job, will be presented as a candidate to the company. You may still be matched to a job even if you haven’t completed a skill-based assessment but will need to take the relevant assessment(s) before being presented to the company.
Job-based assessments are typically only relevant for a specific job and are required to be presented as a candidate.
