They should take a developer with 1+ years of experience with the skill 40-50 minutes to complete and consist of 1-2 small coding challenges and an open ended question that you can complete with a written or video/verbal answer. No preparation is needed for skill-based assessments and we encourage you to take all skill-based assessments that fit your experience.
