Your public profile does not include all data you provide to Torc. Your contact details are only shared with potential employers for interviews or to begin working together, and your assessment results are only shared with companies when you are matched to their job and you have confirmed your interest in the job. We do have several features on our R&D roadmap to allow for more granular sharing permissions.
