7. Privacy and optional publicity consent

Application information will be used to review program fit, communicate decisions, and administer the ambassador program. Access should be limited to the people responsible for selection and program operations.

Optional: If selected, I give permission for my name, approved biography, photo, and ambassador contributions to be featured in approved program communications.

Publicity consent is optional and should not affect selection. Any recording or additional content use should be disclosed separately when applicable.

What happens next

Applications will be reviewed using the same criteria for every applicant: community judgment, relevant experience, lane fit, realistic capacity, and the quality and usefulness of the proposed contribution. Selected applicants may be invited to a short conversation before final decisions are made.
