As an early member of the sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and play a central role in our long-term success. Enterprise Account Executives are focused on our largest and most impactful customers. You’ll drive Torc’s future growth engine by building relationships with some of the largest companies in the world and helping them to understand the value of our talent marketplace for their business.

This isn’t your first rodeo. You’re an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in strategic, tactical, and semi-technical conversations with C-Suite executives, VPs, and managers. You understand the buyer journey and have experience leading customers through it from beginning to end. You get excited about prospecting, meeting new people, and uncovering how you can help them solve their problems. You’re inquisitive and enjoy building everything from sales processes and value propositions to highly performing teams.
