TAG-Ed and Randstad Digital Powered by Torc Launch Strategic Partnership to Support Workforce Development, Career Growth and Community Engagement

Partnership will provide ongoing professional development, networking opportunities, job placement support and community support for learners, emerging professionals and technology leaders.

ATLANTA, GA — Technology Association of Georgia's Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) and Randstad Digital powered by Torc today announced a new strategic partnership designed to help learners and professionals continue growing long after a program, certification, workshop or leadership experience ends.

The partnership will connect TAG-Ed participants with a broader ecosystem of professional development opportunities, virtual learning experiences, job placement resources, community engagement programs and networking opportunities through Randstad Digital powered by Torc's global community platform.

Together, the organizations will provide access to live events, career development resources, job placement support, leadership programming, industry insights and community experiences designed to support professionals at every stage of their careers, from workforce entrants and career transitioners to senior leaders and executives.

The initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the future workforce by creating more opportunities for continuous learning, meaningful connections, tangible employment pathways and long-term career growth.

The partnership will also create opportunities for participants to engage with hiring managers and employers across the technology sector, explore job placement resources and connect with Randstad Digital's global network of employers actively seeking skilled technology professionals.

The collaboration supports broader workforce development efforts by helping individuals build the skills, relationships and professional networks needed to navigate an increasingly dynamic labor market  and connect with employment opportunities that match their growing expertise.

"Building a strong workforce requires more than talent development alone," said Lindia Roberts, Director of Talent Strategy & Business Operations, Enterprise Client Relations at Randstad Digital. "It requires creating meaningful connections between learning, professional development and opportunity. This partnership helps bridge those experiences while providing participants with access to resources, job placement pathways, community and support systems that can help them thrive throughout their careers."

The first phase of the partnership includes a virtual event series focused on career development, community building, leadership and emerging workplace trends. Participants will also have opportunities to connect with peers, industry professionals and prospective employers through community programming and online engagement opportunities.
