Need your resume reviewed?
Monthly profile reviews are back. First 15 spots.
Once a month we run live profile reviews on Discord. Real feedback, out loud, on the profile a hiring team actually sees when you get matched. Headline, experience, the projects you're underselling, the parts that read junior when your work isn't.
Here's why we review the profile and not a resume. A resume helps you with one application, then it sits in an inbox. Your torc.dev profile is live. It's what gets surfaced every time a role comes through that fits you. Tighten it once and it works across every match, not just this session. So the prep you do for review night keeps paying off after it.
Slots are capped at 15 and we take them first come. Once they're full, you're first in line for next month.
How to get reviewed:
Update your torc.dev profile while you're here. Even 15 minutes of cleanup gives us more to work with.
Email community@torc.dev with your profile link and what you want feedback on. Specific asks get specific feedback. "Is my headline landing?" or "Does my backend experience read senior enough?" beats "review my profile."
Watch for our reply. We confirm spots in the order they come in.
That's it. See you on Discord.
