Mike (aka Cards) develops, implements, and oversees Torc strategic operations to ensure the organization and global teams run optimally. His reach extends into every aspect of Torc’s business and culture. Mike ensures systems and processes are progressive yet efficient, and always keeps a focus on driving value for customers.

Mike’s approach of “roll up the sleeves and get it done” served him well at Topcoder and Appirio. He was VP of Operations for almost five years, and Senior Director of Delivery and Customer Success for three. With his prior account management and web development experience, Mike’s 22+ years of expertise make him an invaluable Torc contributor.

A graduate of Assumption College, Mike stayed true to his New England roots and resides in southern NH with his better half, Lisa. Together they tag team to raise busy twin boys (Jaxon, Luke). In his free time, Mike can be found on the links with aspiring golfer Luke, or on the ice coaching Jaxon for hockey.
