Adam is the VP of Community and a founding Torc member.
Before Torc, Adam led go-to-market strategy for Topcoder. The 10 years prior he spent at Deloitte Consulting where he built, managed and grew the first global crowdsourcing business at a Big 4 consultancy.
Adam earned his MBA from Duke University and a degree in economics and finance from Austin College. He has guest lectured at the Kellogg School of Management, contributed to multiple industry publications, and has spoken at major events, including the National Retail Federation and Singularity University, on crowdsourcing, open talent systems, and the future of work.
Adam lives in San Francisco but practices what he preaches when it comes to remote work. With a packed suitcase for a desk, Adam is always ready for a travel adventure. He typically beats out Torc colleagues with his compelling (and real) video call backgrounds.
